About Brian

Brian’s passion for Human Resources is rooted in the firm belief that a company’s most important and valuable asset is their people. Brian has more than 10 years of experience working in Human Resources and brings expertise in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, labour law compliance, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Brian has experience with both Canadian and US employment standards legislation and has been a consultant for hundreds of organizations varying in size and industry. Brian has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta and professional human resources designations from both the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. Brian has a beautiful wife and is the father of three children, who he frequently has to write-up for bad behavior.
