About Shane
Shane joined the RMC Group of Companies Ltd in 2019 and currently serves as Director, Accounting & Finance. In his role, Shane has overall responsibility for the Groups financial reporting, accounting policies and procedures, budgeting, and insurance management functions across all corporate divisions. A major emphasis of his role is the overall management of the accounting and finance teams and implementing processes and systems created to ensure consistency across the divisions in accordance with legislative and organizational policies and strategies. Shane works closely with our business unit managers and partners to understand their challenges and provide process-driven solutions that drive performance and profitability. Shane is a Chartered Professional Accountant emeritus Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of accounting experience. He has earned a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
